Rhubarb Freezer Jam


I made rhubarb freezer jam today!  I used my friend Ingrid's recipe and it turned out great.



Her recipe uses rhubarb as a base and then allows you to change the overall flavor by using different pie fillings and gelatins.  I made two batches and chose basics: Apricot and Strawberry.


What a great feeling:  rhubarb is always the first step in filling my deep-freeze for the year.
