Adventures in Mommyhood

 We've had some bedtime woes of late.  The two girls (who share a room and bunk beds) have been really trying our patience.  The other day, they earned 3 stars for good bedtime behavior and an ice cream treat  

I made rhubarb freezer jam today!  I used my friend  Ingrid's  recipe and it turned out great. Her recipe uses rhubarb as a base and then allows you to change the overall flavor by using different pie fillings and gelatins.  I made two batches and chose basics: Apricot and Strawberry. What a great feeling:  rhubarb is always the first step in filling my deep-freeze for the year.
